These do-it-your-self forms are used when a person or people own Arizona real estate and convey the land to a limited liability company that the person or people own. For example, the land owner(s) must sign a deed that transfers the land to the LLC, the deed must be mailed to the appropriate county recorder to be recorded, an existing lease should be assigned by the owner(s) to the LLC as the new landlord and letters should be sent to the tenant, the property insurance company and the property manager, if any to notify them of the change of ownership. All of the forms needed to accomplish each of these tasks are available for purchase and immediate download.
