Description

This Assignment and Assumption of Lease legal form is used to assign the rights of a landlord under a lease to a limited liability company owned by the landlord.  The agreement also causes the LLC to assume all of the obligations of the landlord under the lease and to indemnify the original landlord if any claims arising from the lease are made by the tenant against the original landlord.  The document is in Word 2007 format and you must edit it for your specific situation.

This document is needed only when an owner or owners of Arizona real property lease the land to a tenant and transfer the real property to a limited liability company after signing the lease.
